Dell Inspiron 5567 i7 7th Gen 15.6" Laptop AS IS PARTS - ROUGH SHAPE

This is an INCOMPLETE Laptop being offered AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. It is a used item so please expect cosmetic wear like surface scratches and scuff marks. Laptop turns on, but no video is displayed on display or external monitor. Please assume it could need motherboard repair and may not be a simple fix. Dell Inspiron 5567 15.6 in. Display, Intel Core i7 7th Gen MISSING: Charger, HDD/SSD, Caddy, RAM, Bottom Screws Laptop is in rogh shape. Screen is cracked and missing keys on keyboard. It does turn on when tested with charger and screen comes on when tested with RAM (neither included). It would appear it is booting to BIOS, but I was unable to get video on external display. Battery is most likely bad. It will be packed carefully for shipping.
