The EZ-2 makes both clear and yellow cs, depending on the time period the unit is operated. 5 ppm and 10 ppm are clear, 15 ppm is faint yellow and 20 ppm is yellow/amber. Above 20 ppm the cs is orange to reddish brown. The photo is 15 ppm. This is due to the range of particle sizes. The smallest silver particles are produced at 5 ppm to 10 ppm and larger silver particles, which reflect yellow/orange/red light, are made as the concentration increases. The two 6-inch 14 gauge 9999 pure silver wires will make about 75 gallons of 15 ppm cs. The unit can also use thicker gauge silver wires, which will reduce processing times, due to the larger surface area. 6-inch 12 gauge silver wires will process about 33% faster and 6-inch 10 gauge silver wires will process about 50% faster.
